Focus: Education AHOM Community Engagement program objectives are based on prevention in minimizing the risk of inner-city youth opportunities for them reaching their full potential.

Focus: Education All Access Training and Student-Athlete Development, Inc. guides middle and high school student-athletes to optimize their full potential personally, academically, and athletically. Our purpose is for student-athletes to optimize their experiences and future opportunities to the fullest through establishing a foundation of personal skills, knowledge, and self-awareness.

Focus: Education Arts in CT provides in-school arts integration programming at underserved schools across 8 counties in Connecticut, with a concentration in New Haven County.

Focus: Economics The longstanding mission and commitment of Christian Community Action (CCA) have been to offer help, housing and hope to people who are poor, homeless, and/or without food and family support through the provision of emergency services.

Focus: Education Serving the entire state of Connecticut, "The Network" aims to support the mission and vision of HBCU's by developing a community of its students and alumni living in CT, that are committed to stand as ONE in friendship and service.

Focus: Education The goal of the program is that Black students learn their legal rights and responsibilities and trial procedure, improve their public speaking skills, and improve their writing skills.

D.E.S.T.I.N.E.D. to Succeed, Inc. offers an experience to participants that will improve positive self-esteem and work with each individual's strengths and weaknesses.

Focus: Economics The mission of Daughters of Divine Destiny (D3) Academy, Inc. is to educate, empower and inspire BIPOC girls and women for personal, educational, and social-emotional greatness.

Focus: Education Elm City LIT Festival serves the vulnerable and under-served Black community in the Greater New Haven area by providing a yearly book festival and bi-weekly podcast highlighting Books, Literature and Literacy Artists with the purpose of enhancing literacy while promoting awareness of local, regional and global artists of the Diaspora.

Focus: Education Global Youth Media Initiative mentors young artists to find their voice and to dare to speak and honor their truthful insights on the world we live in. We cultivate a safe space for musicians to share their inner beats, rhymes, and wisdom for recording and broadcasting to the masses.

Focus: Health The purpose of H.O.P.E. Inc. is to help combat supply shortage caused by increased demand due to COVID, and make sure that this population is equipped to protect themselves against transmission of the disease, especially as restrictions are lifted.

Focus: Education Higher Heights Youth Empowerment Programs, Inc. is a mission-driven, non-profit organization founded on the principle of changing the lives of under-served college-bound youth and young adults, empowering, encouraging, and equipping them with resources required to obtain a post-secondary education.

Focus: Education Ice The Beef works as a family to Curb/End Gun Violence in the inner cities of America. We focus on gun violence prevention by teaching youth that their voice and decisions matter. Ice The Beef's, Five R's program offers middle and high school students core concepts needed to understand why their life, decisions and education is important.

Focus: Education Innovative Wellness Incorporated is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to prevent child abuse and neglect by providing educational and environmentally sustainable resources to our community.

Focus: Health The Peer-to-Peer Mental Health Advocate Training Program called, "Let's Talk" uses the Interruptions Production as a case model for discussion. The program is designed to train facilitators to return to their community, place of employment or worship and teach the Let's Talk Program. The goal is to provoke awareness of the behaviors of Mental Health and Trauma that appear in our daily lives and develop a plan to heal.

Focus: Education Life, Health and Wellness Incorporated promotes educational programs for youth and adults through collaboration and partnerships in the community around education and academic success, health and well being, including prevention of illness and chronic diseases.

Focus: Health Nappe Soul Incorporated addresses food insecurity by providing increased access to fresh fruits and vegetables to promote better health for the low income families in Connecticut's Black community is the primary purpose of the Indoor Greenhouse Project.

Focus: Health Nuts About Health, Inc.'s health awareness program is designed to combat rising childhood obesity among Connecticut's Black Community. The purpose of this program is to provide black children with nutrition information so they can understand the importance of making informed food choices and understand the critical role that food plats in good health.

Focus: Education Phenomenal I Am, Inc. aims to assist in increasing youth academic performance, college readiness and access by providing mentors, knowledge, tools and strategies.

Focus: Education This corporation is established to provide Olympic style Boxing Training and mentorship to at-risk youth in the New Haven, CT area; offering them opportunities to compete nationally.
